The Blackstone

The 36″ Blackstone is what inspired The Healthy Griddle. I had cooked for parties and events on a small Camp Chef in the past but the Blackstone was a game changer for me. I fell in love with flat top cooking. I have done everything from pasta to baking on it. I hope the share all of it through this blog and at some point YouTube videos.

Stove Top Griddle

Beautiful, 17″ wide and 20″ deep, custom made griddle with heavy duty steel reinforced bottom, 3″ lip on the sides and back, sloping to a 1″ lip in the front. Seasoned and looking forward to cooking on it inside when winter arrives! It’s about half the size of my Blackstone. It’s perfect for the stove, leaves room for my trusty cast iron pan and another if need be. If I had to do it again I would have seasoned it outside on the dual burner Camp Chef.
